Oh my lord. This sauce will change your dessert game forever. It’s a game changer. Over ice cream it will blow your freakin MIND but it also makes an amazing spread (or sneaky spoonful) straight from the fridge and you could even use it to ice a cake. The possibilities are endless.
It also reheats like a dream, so keep it in the fridge and whip it out whenever the fancy takes you - just give it a few short bursts in the microwave (or over a double-boiler if you’re an old school anti-micro).
A word of warning though - This Fudge will only be a good as the chocolate it contains, so please only use a good quality dark eating choc that you’d be happy to consume on its own. I’ve also never tried it with milk chocolate, so go ahead and make that abomination at your own risk…
You’re welcome, you can thank me later xx

1 tbs butter
100mls Thickened Cream
¼ cup Honey
¼ cup Brown Sugar
2 tbs Dutch Cocoa
100gms 70% Dark Chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch Salt

  1. Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan. Heat gently, stirring well with a spatula until melted and smooth. Job Done.
