Run, do not walk, to your local greengrocer and get a bag of Kalettes STAT!! Especially considering the season finishes at the end of September.
These wonderful, magical “Unicorn Vegetable” are so delicious yet actually healthy, you will not be able to contain your salivations and will likely break out in song.
And, my roasted Kalettes are so damn delectable, you’ll hide in the corner and eat the whole batch solo – Yet everyone will suffer the gas related consequences. What a splendid joy they are!
Everyone’s eaten Kale chips by now, and BOOOOO-RING!
Give these delicioso doozies a go if you’re looking to add a little excitement to your healthy snack repertoire.
And if you want to know more about this delightful vegetable, check out my blog post HERE
